Welcome to Share Music! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Share Music iOS application and its related services (the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Share Music provides a service to create and share universal links for music across various streaming platforms. You agree to use our Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Conduct and Account Suspension

You agree not to misuse the Service. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to disrupt or overload our servers through automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) or by creating an excessive number of links in a short period.
• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or otherwise tamper with the Service's link generation process.

We reserve the right to monitor activity on our Service. If we detect suspicious or unusual activity associated with your anonymous user account that suggests a violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice. This is to ensure the stability and integrity of the Service for all users.

3. Intellectual Property

The Share Music app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Share Music and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

The content you share (e.g., song titles, artist names, artwork) is the property of their respective rights holders. Our service simply provides a tool to link to this content on third-party platforms.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party services like Firebase (Google) and Musicfetch.io to function. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

5. Subscription Terms and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Share Music offers optional premium subscriptions and one-time purchases that unlock additional features:

5.1 Available Plans

• Monthly Pro Subscription: $0.99/month (auto-renewable monthly subscription)
• Annual Pro Subscription: $8.99/year (auto-renewable annual subscription)
• Lifetime Pro Access: $17.99 (one-time purchase, non-subscription)

5.2 Payment and Billing

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period

5.3 Subscription Management

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by:

• Opening the Settings app on your iOS device
• Tapping your name at the top
• Selecting "Subscriptions"
• Finding "Share Music" and managing your subscription

Alternatively, you can use the "Restore Purchases" feature within the Share Music app to restore previously purchased subscriptions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that the links generated will be accurate or work on all platforms or in all regions.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Share Music, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service within the app or on our App Store page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
